Refund Policy

KAAMGAR.IN operates on a paid listing model.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All listing payments are generally non-refundable once:

• Payment is successful
• Listing is published or approved

2. Refund Eligible Cases

Refund may be issued if:

• Duplicate payment occurred
• Technical error prevented listing activation
• Payment deducted but listing not created

User must report within 48 hours of payment.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• User changing mind
• Incorrect property details submitted
• Listing duration expiry
• Low response from buyers

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

5–10 working days via original payment method.
